Was that a 1/2 bag or full bag of potato chips you just ate? Under and over eating are one of the biggest problems we face in reaching our goal! If you don't weigh your food out you have no idea how much you are putting into your body.
You may be eating 6 oz of chicken, but only one third of the veggies you need. Leave the scale out so you see it every time you make a plate. When meal prepping, have it portioned and weighed out.
