How true is this? There is always going to be something "unplanned" thrown into our PLANS! It's called life! The important thing is to not let these challenges throw you off course.
You have a plan to wake up early so you can exercise and make yourself a veggie omelet before you go to work. That's the plan. But your power went out and your alarm didn't go off! What are you going to do? Are you going to let a little slip ruin your whole day or are you going to take a walk at lunch and continue to make healthy choices at meal time?
Next time an unplanned "wrench" gets thrown into your plans, think about what you want for your health. How much do you want it? What are you willing to do to get what you want for your new, healthier lifestyle? I say take that wrench and throw it behind you! Keep moving with your plan and reach your goal!
