New Year's "I will" Challenge

This Challenge starts on Jan. 9th and ends on Feb. 29th
small group personal training - class limit of 8 women!!

Burn Fitness Small Group Challenge is a comprehensive 8 week program designed to promote permanent healthy lifestyle changes.  We  lead you through effective workouts, provide you with an 8 week detailed fitness plan, and assess your progress through measurements, bodyfat, and food journaling.  A group of no more then 8 will meet twice a week to complete an intense calorie blasting workout.  You will not only have the benefit of a certified personal trainer, but the comradery of other women working toward a common goal.  This class meets Monday and Wednesday nights at 6:30 or 7:45.  The  Challenge completes with a  celebration party  and the "biggest winner"  gets awarded  a gift card for her  dedication and determination!  Choose either  6:30 or 7:45 time slot.  Class currently meets at  FIT gym.
