An upbeat hour of effective poses and exercises created to sculpt the total body with an emphasis on your glutes, hamstrings and thighs. Movements are Pilates and ballet based, using an upright position at a ballet barre. This class will have your thighs quivering like you have never experienced before!
Burn Baby Burn Register
Burn Baby Burn: Bootcamp for Moms and Babies:
Burn Baby Burn is the original Northland mm ad baby fitness class created by fitness professional, Mendy Shriver. Experience safe and effective work out designed to re-train your core, reshape your body and connect you with other healthy moms.
- 6 week fitness program helps moms regain core strength and lose unwanted baby weight gain safely and effectively.
- Babies 6 weeks to 30 months attend session in a stroller with mom
- Encourages mothers with babies to stay fit and live a healthy lifestyle
- Includes body fat analysis, physical fitness test, and free T-shirt
- Healthy tips, encouragement, and accountability from class instructor
Class meets Tuesdays and Thursday from 10:50-11:50 a.m. at Gladstone Community Center.
You will spend 30 minutes jogging then 40 minutes of mat Pilates to strengthen core and increase flexibility. This class is appropriate for intermediate to advanced fitness levels and is a great compliment to any running plan or triathlon training! Wear appropriate clothing for outdoor conditions and outdoor running shoes. Bring your own yoga mat too!
Burn Boot Camp Register
If you are up for the challenge, Bootcamp will push you physically and mentally. Cardio conditioning is achieved through running, jump rope, kettlebells, calisthenics, hill work, stairs, agility training, HIIT and kickboxing. Strength is built and maintained with the use of kettleballs, nature’s greatest tools - the great outdoors and your own body weight, and circuit training. Each class will conclude with core work and stretching movements. This class may go outside during periods of good weather. We will stay inside if it is below 30 degrees. Good running shoes are recommended. Bring your own mat.

Zumba Toning Register
Serious body sculpting to red hot rhythms. Use light-weight maraca-like toning sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast.
$28 per month for one class per week
