Burn Bootcamp
If you are up for the challenge, Bootcamp will push you physically and mentally. Cardio conditioning is achieved through running, jump rope, calisthenics, hill work, stairs, agility training, and kickboxing. Strength is built and maintained with the use of kettleballs, nature’s greatest tools - the great outdoors and your own body weight, and curcuit training. Each class will conclude with core work and stretching movements. This class may go outside during periods of good wheather. We will stay inside if it is below 30 degrees. Good running shoes are recommended, bring your own mat.
Meeting times are T/Th mornings at 5:15 a.m.
Burn Beginner Bootcamp
This class has the same format at Burn Bootcamp but is specifically tailored for people who have little to no recent exercise activity. Those with join issues, back problems, and other ailments will be more successful in this class.
Meeting times are W/F mornings at 5:30 a.m.
Class includes:
- Intense 60 min. workouts complete with 15 minutes for stretching and abs
- Free Burn Fitness T-shirt at the end of your first session
- Physical Fitness Test including 2 mile run, sit ups, and push ups
- Body Fat analysis every 7 to 8 weeks
