Burn Bootcamp
If you are up for the challenge, Bootcamp will push you physically and mentally. Cardio conditioning is achieved through running, jump rope, calisthenics, hill work, stairs, agility training, and kickboxing. Strength is built and maintained with the use of kettleballs, nature’s greatest tools - the great outdoors and your own body weight, and curcuit training.  Each class will conclude with core work and stretching movements. This class may go outside during periods of good wheather.  We will stay inside if it is below 30 degrees.  Good running shoes are recommended, bring your own mat.

Meeting times are  T/Th mornings at 5:15 a.m. 


Burn Beginner Bootcamp 
This class has the same format at Burn Bootcamp but is specifically tailored for people who have little to no recent exercise activity. Those with join issues, back problems, and other ailments will be more successful in this class. 

Meeting times are  W/F mornings at 5:30 a.m.

  Class includes:
  • Intense 60 min. workouts complete with 15 minutes for stretching and abs
  • Free Burn Fitness T-shirt at the end of your first session
  • Physical Fitness Test including 2 mile run, sit ups, and push ups
  • Body Fat analysis every 7 to 8 weeks

Single session (one month)...................................................................$68

Burn Baby Burn: Bootcamp for Moms and Babies 
Burn Baby Burn is a 6 week  boot camp style fitness program  that helps moms lose that  unwanted baby weight gain.  It encourages mothers with  babies to stay fit and live a  
 healthy lifestyle. Children are entertained while watching moms exercise, and moms learn  how to  incorporate their children in their day to day exercise routines. Burn Baby Burn helps  moms instill health and fitness in their children's lives by using babies during exercises and  interacting with them throughout parts of each class.  

Class includes: 
  • Intense 60 min. workouts which utilize your stroller, your baby, your own  
body weight and various equipment 
  • Free Burn Fitness T-shirt at the completion of your first session 
  • Physical Fitness Test which includes 1 mile run, sit ups, and push ups 
  • Body Fat analysis at the start of every six week session 

Single session (12 classes).................................................................$72 
Meeting times .....................................................Tues./Thurs. 10:50-11:50 

Classes are held at Gladstone Community Center.  Please call 423-4200 to register/pay. 

During periods of nice weather, participants will perform exercise drills outside. (BABY STROLLERS AND BLANKETS NEED TO BE BROUGHT TO EACH CLASS. CHILDREN NEED TO BE A MINIMUM OF 6 WEEKS OLD AND A MAXIMUM OF 24 MONTHS. IN THE EVENT OF MULTIPLE CHILDREN, EACH CHILD MUST BE IN A CHILD SEAT OR STROLLER.) 

You really have changed my life and it's up to me to keep using the skills you've taught me now. This class has just been so awesome for me, I love it so much. The physical, the social... I really look forward to it, it's my team.
