Mendy Shriver is the Fitness Instructor for MelRoe's Dance Studio where she runs a successful bootcamp program and a specialty Pilates class called Jogalates. She is the creator of Burn Baby Burn: bootcamp for moms and babies,  offers small group  personal training, and teaches indoor cycling.
